Assume that you were hired by a retail company to develop an onboarding program. The company has 200 employees. Close to 90% of the employees are part-time. Their days/hours of employment vary by week.

Use Feldman’s Model of Organizational Socialization (Chapter 8) to develop the onboardingprogram. Define each stage and indicate specific tasks/activities you will include during Anticipatory Socialization, Encounter, and Change and Acquisition stage of the model for the program to be successful. Include an introduction and summary.
