i am in the ROTC at the University of Pittsburgh.
Every week we pretend to be Platoon Leaders and we train for missions such as attack, recon, ambush. We also practice 17 leadership dimensions as shown in the book.

This is one essay with two topics:

1.) Lawrence never received formal military training, but he achieved the rank of Colonel in the British Army. Discuss how he achieved the rank and compare his training to yours.

2.) Assess the leadership of Lawrence using the 17 dimensions from the cadet Leadership Assessment Report (write a ?blue card? on Lawrence). The strength of your answer will rely on your ability to describe particular examples of Lawrence?s leadership dimensions.
