Topic: An issue or problem facing Delta Airlines that i have noticed is in their customer service. When Delta became an airline the philosophy of the company was “service from the heart.” Unfortunately, due to seniority, and other factors it seems some customer service employees care more about getting paid vacations, leaving on time, and socializing with coworkers than providing the level of customer service Delta is striving for. But its not everyone. How can Delta find the bad seeds, and fix the problem?
